Product Name: Electric Angle High Pressure Regulating Valve
The ZDLS electric angle high-pressure regulating valve adopts a multi-stage throttling form to share the pressure difference, reducing cavitation, erosion, and flow damage, greatly improving the service life of the regulating valve, especially when used in urea systems, which is 2-3 times longer than ordinary high-pressure valves. The valve body is right angled, and the valve core is a single guide structure. The valve body has a simple flow path and low resistance, making it particularly suitable for regulating high viscosity fluids containing suspended solids and granular media, which can avoid coking, bonding, and blockage.
The ZDLS electric angle high-pressure regulating valve consists of PS series and 3610 series linear electric actuators, as well as a low flow resistance straight through single seat valve.. The electric actuator is an electronic integrated structure with a servo amplifier inside. By inputting control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and power supply, the valve opening can be controlled to adjust working parameters such as pressure, flow rate, liquid level, and temperature. It has the characteristics of sensitive action, simple connection, large flow rate, small volume, and high adjustment accuracy.
